No longer does Sarah have to search through emails, text messages and pieces of paper for all the building snags identified. Even though the snags may be identified and logged by different people, they are all in one place.

When a building has been completed, it is ready to be snagged by the client. Sarah can provide staff members as well as her clients access to the Qualimi mobile application so that they are able to report or log a snag whenever it is identified. It's as easy as taking a photo and adding a comment. Even when the building site is remote and there is no internet access, tasks are simply logged offline and uploaded when there is access. ..

Sarah now knows the status of each site better. She can see a snapshot of all the unresolved snags at a particular building, when the last action was taken and how old each snag is.

Facilities Manager

Previously, Michael never had a streamlined status of problems at a particular office building or complex. All problems were sent to him from various people by instant messages, email or phone. It was very cumbersome to report to the building owners and tenants what the status of problems were.

Michael now uses Qualimi. No longer are people sending problems to Michael via multiple channels. He has provided all relevant tenant representatives with access to the Qualimi mobile app. Whenever they find a problem, they simply log it on the app with supporting photos. Michael has also provided regular vendors with access to the mobile app, and when he receives a problem he assigns it to the right vendor...

Now he is able to track how many problems are open for each building or complex, how long they have been open, which problems have been fixed, which problems seem to be recurring and more. Michael's status meetings are a lot less stressful.

Ian is now using Qualimi. When a problem is logged by someone anywhere on the farm, Ian has a snapshot of all the current problems including the most recent. He can follow up on problems not being addressed and track how long it takes to fix them. He can identify what needs to change by scrutinizing past problems logged.

A big advantage for Ian is that problems can be logged on remote areas of the farm, even where there is no internet access. These offline items are uploaded as soon as the logger has internet access again.
